These Terms apply to all use of the website and to all orders placed through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under mandatory Irish or EU consumer law.

We sell genuine and aftermarket trailer parts and related products, primarily to customers in Ireland and selected European countries.
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and pricing are accurate. However:
- images are for illustrative purposes only;
- colours and finishes may vary slightly;
- packaging may vary from that shown;
- some aftermarket parts may differ in appearance from original manufacturer parts while remaining compatible or functionally equivalent where stated.
You are responsible for ensuring that any part ordered is suitable and compatible for your intended trailer, vehicle, or application. Where fitment depends on axle type, dimensions, manufacturer reference, model year, or other technical criteria, you must verify compatibility before purchase.
4. Order Process
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us. An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, typically by dispatching the goods or issuing an order confirmation that clearly accepts the order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including where:
- goods are unavailable;
- a price or product description error has occurred;
- we suspect fraud, misuse, or unauthorised payment;
- delivery restrictions apply;
- the order appears to be for resale where this has not been agreed.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled goods.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices shown on the website are in the currency displayed at checkout and include or exclude VAT as stated on the website at the time of purchase.
Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted. If a clear and obvious pricing error occurs, we are not obliged to supply the goods at that incorrect price and may cancel the order and refund any payment made.
Payment must be made in full at checkout using the payment methods offered on the website.
6. Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability. Stock indicators are informational only and may occasionally be inaccurate due to concurrent sales, supplier delays, or system issues.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may:
- contact you with an updated lead time,
- offer a substitute where appropriate,
- part-ship available goods, or
- cancel the unavailable item and refund it.
7. Delivery
We deliver primarily within Ireland and to selected European countries.
Estimated delivery times are typically 1 to 14 days depending on the destination, stock status, courier network, customs-related issues where relevant, and other factors outside our control.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. If no specific time has been agreed, consumer law generally requires delivery without undue delay and within 30 days.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address supplied in your order. Ownership of the goods remains with us until we have received full cleared payment for them.
You must ensure that the delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the goods where required.
8. Inspection on Delivery
You should inspect goods promptly upon delivery. If packaging appears materially damaged, or goods appear incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 48 hours, with photographs where possible. This helps us investigate courier and fulfilment issues quickly, but does not reduce your statutory rights.
9. Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you, or a person identified by you, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us within that period. After notifying us, you then generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
This right may not apply to goods that are exempt by law, including where relevant:
- sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- goods made to your specification or clearly personalised;
- goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
- other categories excluded by applicable law.

10. Faulty, Incorrect, or Misdescribed Goods
Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, unfit for purpose, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract. Irish consumer law provides remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction, and in some cases refund. If a fault appears within the first 30 days, consumers may have a short-term right to terminate for a full refund.
You should contact us promptly if you believe goods are faulty or incorrect.
11. Installation and Use
Many trailer parts should be fitted correctly and, where appropriate, by a competent person. Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- we do not provide installation services through the website;
- you are responsible for ensuring correct fitting, maintenance, torque settings, load ratings, legal compliance, and safe use;
- misuse, incorrect installation, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper storage, corrosion, modification, neglect, or use outside intended specifications may invalidate any warranty or return right to the extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability
