1. Shipping Areas
We ship primarily within Ireland and to selected destinations in Europe. Delivery availability depends on product type, destination, courier restrictions, and current operational capacity.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders to destinations we do not serve or where shipping is impractical, restricted, or disproportionately costly.
2. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed after payment has been successfully received. Processing times may vary depending on stock availability, order volume, holidays, and supplier lead times.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery time is generally 1 to 14 days within Europe.
This is an estimate only and not a guaranteed timeframe unless expressly agreed otherwise. Delays may arise from:
- stock shortages,
- supplier delays,
- courier disruption,
- customs or border procedures where relevant,
- weather,
- incorrect address details,
- peak seasonal demand,
- events outside our reasonable control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
5. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by you.
6. Failed Delivery / Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, non-collection, or incorrect address details, we may charge the cost of re-delivery or deduct direct return and handling costs from any refund to the extent permitted by law.
7. Part Shipments
Where appropriate, we may send orders in instalments or part-shipments. If we do so, this will not increase the total delivery charge unless agreed in advance.
8. Loss or Damage in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photographs where available. This allows us to investigate with the courier and resolve the issue more efficiently.
9. Customs, Duties, and Local Charges
For destinations outside Ireland, local charges, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on destination rules. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are the customer’s responsibility.
10. Delivery Delays
Where goods are not delivered within the period agreed with you, or within 30 days if no period was agreed, consumers may have legal remedies.
