Every feature of the Tow-Max range has been thoughtfully designed with practical usability and ease of operation in mind. These features have been precisely engineered to enhance efficiency, safety and convenience in every day use.

Bolted Construction – The modular, bolted construction of the Tow-Max means that major components – including the drawbars, chassis rails, cross members and side raves – are all fully replaceable.

Drawbar – The extra-long drawbar offers 1500mm space between the front point of coupling and the bulkhead, improving handling and visibility during reversing. Heavy duty version fitted to Tow-Max Pro trailers.

Dropsides – 450mm high and 1.5mm thick (2.0mm thick side panels on the Tow-Max Pro trailers) galvanised steel dropsides are fitted as standard, and offer exceptional strength, durability and corrosion resistance.

Flooring – A tough, 15mm phenolic resin-coated plywood flooring, which features a non-slip pattern, has been selected for long-term durability. Resistant to moisture, wear and general impact.

Paraflex Leaf Springs – The Tow-Max range has been designed and engineered without compromise, featuring the signature Paraflex leaf springs and the Ifor Williams designed and manufactured axles.

LED Lamps as Standard – All Tow-Max trailers are equipped with high-efficiency 12/24V LED lighting as standard.

Load Restraints – Each trailer is fitted with four flush mounted lashing points (five on the 3.6m long trailers), reinforced and rated to 600kg, as standard.

Spare Wheel & Carrier – A practical addition for peace of mind, a galvanised steel bracket securely mounts the spare wheel to the trailer drawbar. Supplied complete with wheel.

Accessories:

• Loading Ramp Tray – Galvanised steel trays are fixed underneath the trailer chassis and provide a convenient way to neatly and securely carry a pair of 2.4m loading ramps.
• Ladder Rack – Designed for supporting ladders, pipes and other long items in transit. Also compatible with both dropside extensions (with one bar removed) and perforated sides (with front perforated panel removed).
• Dropside Extensions – 350mm high dropside extensions extend the enclosed height of the trailer to 800mm and are secured with extended corner posts using the same hardware as the standard dropsides.
• Net Cover – A simple and effective solution to stay road-legal and keep your load safely secured, this Net Cover can be fitted over the standard and extended dropsides, and the perforated dropsides.
• Perforated Sides – 700mm perforated side extensions boost the overall side height to 1150mm and are perfect for loads like garden waste and packaging. The open design helps reduce wind-resistance
• Propstands – A pair of heavy-duty propstands that mount to the rear corners of the chassis. Designed to stabilise the trailer bed during loading, especially when using ramps with heavier equipment.
• Steel Loading Ramps – 2.4m steel loading ramps make loading of lightweight wheeled equipment simple. Each ramp is rated to 250kg, allowing safe loading of machines up to 1000kg (with a wheelbase over 1.6m).
• Suspension Damper Kit – Hydraulic suspension dampers can be fitted to each axle to provide an even smoother, more stable towing experience.
• Tarpaulin Cover – A heavy-duty 650g/m² soft tarpaulin cover, tailored to fit snugly over the dropsides or dropside extensions. Secured with a durable elastic bungee cord.
• Tarpaulin Cover Support Bar – Extendable hoop bars that support the tarpaulin cover by raising it above the trailer bed, preventing rainwater from pooling. Sold individually.
• Toolbox – A padlock-able galvanised steel toolbox is securely mounted to the trailer drawbar. Sizes: 400 x 247 x 197mm for 1.47m wide trailers, and 490 x 247 x 197mm for 1.75m wide trailers.
• Wheel Chocks – A pair of heavy-duty wheel chocks which can be mounted on the trailer chassis when not in use via storage brackets (supplied).
• Winch Kit – Manual winch kit, with a maximum in-line pull of 680kg. Ideal for loading ride-on mowers, garden machinery and other compact vehicles.
